10 DAYS OFF 2007 It can't be a coincidence that the 13th edition of 10 Days Off starts on Firday the 13th! As usual, KC Vooruit in the lovely city of Ghent is home to the event, with the Ghent Festival as the bigger picture. The yearly high mass of club music in Belgium goes looking for every corner and angle of and on club music, bearing that flag that has ECLECTIC written all over it. House, electro, breakbeats, rock, drum 'n' bass, minimal, broken beats, nu-jazz, techno, funk, disco, dubstep, electro-house, you'll find it at 10 Days Off. Now, take a seat, here's the 1st batch of Names!: 4HERO [UK] Membercards (allowing 11-day access to the event) are only on sale via the 10 Days Off website as from April 3 until June 30. Amount is limited, the price is 65€. Single tickets will be on sale as from May 1, via Fnac and the 10 Days Off website. If you buy a Membercard or a single ticket on pre-sale, you will also have access to the SMAK (City Museum of Contemporary Art) in Ghent, during the 10 Days Off period. You will then be able to visit the exhibit of South-African artist Kendell Geers. Here's a tip for this Autumn: the work of performance artist Paul McCarthy (from 13 October on). More info will follow soon! The Play Out label will release the 10 Days Off CD, which will be distributed by PIAS.
